Smartphone RM200 Rebate for Youth Starts on 1 January 2013

Good news to all Malaysians youths aged 21 to 30! Starting from 1 January 2013, you can start to apply online for the RM200 rebate off any types of 3G smartphones from selected registered dealers & agents (U Mobile, Tune Talk, DiGi, Celcom, Maxis, YTL & Clixster).

Date: 1 January 2013 – 31 December 2013 (first-come-first-served basis)

Eligibility for RM200 Smartphone Rebate:

• Malaysian citizens aged 21 to 30
• Monthly net income of RM3000 or below
• For any 3G smartphone of any price
• Only one (1) smartphone can be purchased by each youth
• Can use either existing mobile broadband subscription or apply for new package

Note: The Malaysia Government has decided that any smartphones of any price are eligible for RM200 rebate.
